Rania Al-Baroudi has a solid experience working in the private and public sectors in Geneva and abroad. She has held international sales, business development and project management roles in various industries such as fragrances and flavours, cosmetics and biotech, focusing on key global accounts, as well as regional and local ones across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. She has also worked for the UN in Geneva and Tanzania in Communications, Advocacy and Partnerships with multiple stakeholders including the private sector, the government and parliamentarians. With a multicultural background, she has a multidisciplinary education having earned a B.A. and Master’s Degree in International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Social Responsibility from Geneva University.

Nathalie Schmidlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Artistic Direction (communication and advertising oriented). After several enriching experiences in various fields, such as cultural and international environments, she has joined the Geneva Creativity Center as Executive Assistant and Visual Communication Officer. She is in charge of designing communication material (flyers, reports, …), web publishing, digital marketing, event communication, photography and video production.
